Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 13, 2026

By purchasing and registering for any training or certification course offered by My Holistic Lifestyle LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Attendance Full attendance for the entire duration of your registered training session is required. Arriving late or leaving early may result in disqualification from receiving your certification for that session.

2. Punctuality Students are expected to arrive on time and ready to participate. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session start time.

3. Professional Conduct All participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment throughout the training. This includes:

  • Dressing in appropriate professional attire
  • Silencing and putting away mobile phones and personal devices during training hours
  • Refraining from disruptive behavior
  • No recording of training
  • Do not photograph or post any portion of the training or paperwork
  • Additional people are not allowed to attend; family, coworkers or consumers due to limited number of seats (you may aske for special considerations as needed prior to the class date).
  • 4. Failure to Complete Training Per Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) regulations, students who do not successfully complete a training session — for any reason — must retake the entire training course from the beginning. Partial credit is not awarded. A new registration and payment will be required. In most cases we waive the retake payment.

5. Skills Check (Blended Learning) For blended learning courses, participants must pass an in-person skills check to receive certification. Failure to pass the skills check requires full re-enrollment in accordance with Ohio DODD rules.

6. No Refunds All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
